Many pieces in our collection are listed at “price on request” in keeping with the private nature of our market. Where prices are displayed, they are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Every timepiece offered for sale by Boltzmann Collection is personally inspected and authenticated before listing. We describe condition accurately to the best of our knowledge, including any service history, case and bracelet condition, and the presence or absence of original box and papers where applicable.

Should any timepiece sold by Boltzmann Collection be determined by a recognised independent expert to be non-genuine or to have been materially misdescribed at the time of sale, we will make it right — including a refund of the purchase price where appropriate. The specific remedy and any applicable conditions are confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.

To access certain features you may register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
